Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel DC REIT was listed on the Singapore Exchange on 12 December 2014 as the first pure-play data centre REIT in Asia. The Portfolio Management Department within Keppel DC REIT Management focuses on portfolio level analysis, initiatives and reporting. This includes monitoring and analysing the assets under management, coordinating with other departments for investor related matters, as well as driving ESG initiative and targets across the assets.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
Perform research required for reporting purposes and prepare presentations as required.
Propose and share ideas on ESG-related concerns or plausible outreach based on community feedback.
Coordinate required information for reporting purposes.
Learning Outcomes:
Better appreciation on the focus topics of a listed company (e.g. energy price, interest rates etc) through exposure to at least 1 research topic.
Hone communication and presentation skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently, quickly and with fresh ideas.
Open mindset with at least some interest in sustainability / ESG-related topics.
