With our unwavering commitment to our values, we believe that we\'re more than a service provider; we\'re agents of positive change.Get to know the TeamAs Grab is expanding into a SuperApp, we are constantly looking into recruiting fresh talent who are able to inject new ideas into the organization.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, your responsibilities include working with our internal Talent Acquisition team to see through the end-to-end hiring process in a highly competitive field. You will be actively involved in sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and experience stakeholder management. This opportunity will give you the experience to work with global talent in an extremely exciting and fast-paced environment. You will get exposure to working with our internal tech team, interacting with various stakeholders, and streamline our processes to ensure a more effective experience.The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Learn and recruit talents for the Grab technology team, understanding the full hiring cycle.
  • Collaborate with the TA team to streamline job specifications and establish agreed competencies and performance indicators.
  • Support multiple stakeholders within the Grab ecosystem under guidance, contributing towards seamless talent acquisition processes.
  • Engage in a comprehensive talent acquisition role, managing each phase from sourcing, screening, and reviewing candidates, to scheduling interviews and extending job offers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting process, stakeholder relations, and attracting suitable talents.
Qualifications
  • An undergraduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Arts & Social Science, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A strong interest in the tech industry, startups, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
