At our location in Singapore - Daimler Commercial Vehicles South East Asia Pte. Ltd. (DCVSEA) is the Regional Center for Daimler commercial vehicle business in South East Asia and Southern Asia. Our team of over 60 colleagues is responsible to develop the truck & bus business for the brands Mercedes-Benz, FUSO and BharatBenz in more than 20 markets across South East Asia and beyond. We are looking to offer an internship opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the Customer Service (Aftersales) Business of the regional markets, which are under the Regional Center South East Asia (RC SEA)\'s scope by providing support on Commercial Vehicles Technical, Parts and Warranty concerns from our Dealers.

Challenges that awaits you are:

• An opportunity to get in-depth on the bolts and nuts of a Commercial Vehicle (Truck & Bus) and be part of the evolution to future automobile technologies

• Integrate into a multinational organisation

• Learn to analyse, implement solutions and evaluate their effectiveness for potential business development opportunities

• Involve in developing standards for RC SEA with regards to quality evaluation and early defect occurrence recognition

• Assist the team in consolidating Service & Technical issues from the various markets and prepare the technical reports and Management Reports whenever necessary

• Participate in strategic projects to improve deliverables to the Customers in the markets

And any other suitable tasks assigned.

• Pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) / Business Management / Marketing / Data Analytics

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Proactive and has the ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Open-minded and with good teamwork spirit and socio-intercultural competence

• Strong IT knowledge with good data analytics skills is a plus

• Organized with attention to detail and with good time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for students who can commit to:

• At least 3 - 6 months internship duration

• Full-time &/or Part-time internship

• Immediate Start Date / Starting from January 2024
