Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesAssist to engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansionsAssist to conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directionsLiaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing mattersEnsure tenants adherence to lease termsAnalyse tenants sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when requiredSupport in report generations and tracking of tenant's submission for Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS)Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAble to deliver work timely and accuratelyDemonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasksDetail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learnClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
