What the role is:Project Title: Uncovering Truths: Detecting Financial Irregularities with Insight Duration: 16 weeks (May to August 2025) We are seeking a meticulous and well-organised intern to join our Trade Investigation Branch for an exciting project focused on detecting financial irregularities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis within a law enforcement context.What you will be working on:You will work with Customs Investigations Officers to organise, review and analyse financial statements such as the general ledger, Profit and Loss Statements and other financial documents, with a view to identify any anomalies or red flags to trigger deeper probes into businesses of concern.What we are looking for:- Current undergraduate student with accounting background (preferred) - Good organisation skills - Meticulous Work Location: Customs Operations Command (1 Bulim Drive, Singapore 64817) Please indicate in your resume your availability/period of commitment.
