Job Description

The Design Team cultivates the relationship between iFAST and our users. We advocate for our users' needs throughout their journey with iFAST, particularly the stocks/bonds/funds/etfs investment experience.



This role will have an impact across various parts of iFAST, from Security & Accounts, Payment Services, Internal System Tools, Customer Engagement Systems, to the Mobile/Web Application of our products. We need a designer that likes working with broad and depth, and also knows how to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.



To design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of all digital touch points (including websites and mobile apps) to fulfil the company's business needs. This role should also be self-initiated, to ensure the user friendliness and keep these touch points with the latest digital trends.

What you'll do and learn:

To design user experience and build wireframe or prototype according to business needs based on brand guidelines and latest design trends Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented Provide input to continually improve the creative process and our design system Be a thought partner in designing, user flows and metrics to improve our product strategy and execution Rapid prototyping to design, create, test and iterate on prototypes through the user-centered design process Potential involvement in client events for the purpose of observing user engagement and behavior. This could involve attending workshops, focus groups, or other gatherings where clients interact with the product or service

Requirements

Passion about the space: You love the world of design and are always keeping on top of the most recent design and usability improvements Can-do attitude: Will go the extra mile to launch the best possible design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or other prototyping tools Diploma or Degree in Interaction Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
