We are looking for a highly energetic and curious individual to fill the Intern, Vendor Experience - Q-Commerce position within our Regional team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place to gain hands-on experience and create direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project manager to identify opportunities and challenges in the vendor experience.
  • Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into vendor needs, pain points, and expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes and improvements in the vendor experience
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance vendor satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of implemented changes and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and communication strategies for vendors
  • Draw out actionable insights and recommendations for Customer First initiatives that will improve end-to-end customer experience
Requirements:
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills to discover patterns and trends, with a knack for report writing and presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) is a plus
  • Hungry to make an impact!
  • Commitment period of 4-6 months full-time and ability to start ASAP
