Job Description
About the opportunityTravel Intern will be responsible for supporting our business travel operations for all our regional colleagues.Job Responsibilities
- Support day to day travel operational enquiries and booking matters
- Prepare and support Travel insurance & Application of SG E-Visas for employees
- Conduct month-end reconciliation of Travel Expenses
- Support Per Diem reconciliation
- Prepare presentations, such as training materials for new employees
- Assist team members to plan and implement new Travel Booking system
- Bring your fresh perspective to help us improve in the current Travel application process
- Any other ad hoc task/project assigned
- Currently pursuing Diploma in Travel and Tourism related & above
- Proficiency in Gsuite and Microsoft Office
- Have some customer service & travel industry experience will be a plus point
- Good in Excel Pivot & Preparing Slides/Decks
- Have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa
