Responsible for the delivery and realization of the Internal Audit (IA)'s Digital roadmap namely Central Audit Analytics Platform (CAAP).
The candidate will use Data analytics to help Internal Audit achieve greater and faster risk coverage and deeper business insight on vast data sources at a faster speed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement robust CAAP solution
a) Develop architecture and key data pipelines for SAP (S4 HANA, Successfactors, Payroll, Concur etc) data with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) while ensuring that the data (including PII data) risks are adequately addressed.
b) Ensure that the solution architecture addresses IA's objective and business need.
c) Leverage of Gen AI and SAP Joule to expedite the implementation of CAAP solution.
d) Work with Data Scientist/Data architect to create key data pipelines for SAP datasets. He would also need to work on heterogenous datasets comprising of SAP and non-SAP data.
e) Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting.
f) Implement automated and continuous monitoring to ensure proactive monitoring of controls.
2. Data Analysis
a) Analyse SAP data and generate actionable insights to enhance risk and control activities.
b) Analyse structured and unstructured data for large datasets, and generate actionable insights to enhance risk and control activities.
c) Work closely with Internal Auditors to analyse large data sets, trends and results to drive data-driven operational risk decisions. Use data analytics to sieve out patterns and anomalies in data and generate actionable insights to enhance risk and controls.
d) Outline data lineage to identify the source of data anomalies.
e) Good understanding of solution architecture and design principles to outline efficient solutions to meet initiative outcomes.
f) Use quantitative analysis/methods to impact key business decisions.
g) Leverage on data team's expertise to solve critical technical problems.
3. Assess new reporting/analytics technologies and recommend adoption where it will improve overall usage of data as enabler for business purposes. This is an individual contributor & hands-on role.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouse, Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, including integration with data from SAP Cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc, along with integration to non-SAP systems.
Have hands-on experience in managing Datashpere datalake with data ingestion from S/4 HANA, Successfactors, Employee Central Payroll and Concur.
Strong experience with Tableau, data tools eg. SAC, Power BI and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) in cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS).
Experience in SAP Datasphere & SAC Implementation. Knowledge on SAC pre-built visualization contents, integration and connectivity capabilities.
Should have worked for at least 1 full cycle embedded analytics and enterprise analytics implementation projects with end-to-end experience in requirements. gathering, functional analysis, high level design, built, testing and deployment on SAP Datasphere with data ingestion from S4 and SAC for Data analysis.
Good understanding of ETL processes and techniques such as SDI and Data services for extraction of data from S/4HANA and non-SAP databases.
Have knowledge of working with native HANA modelling and BW modelling techniques and tools.
Have knowledge / experience in delivering projects under the Agile framework.
Work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team.
