Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Assist in the Annual Audit Planning process
- Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Manager, Internal Audit and SVP, Internal Audit
- Conduct risk assessment of assigned scope within the required timeline
- Review the suitability of internal control design in established/required timeline
- Establish risk-based audit programs
- Determine compliance with policies and procedures
- Identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
- Document work performed in a clear and well-articulated manner
- Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete reports of audit areas
- Ensure proper communication of work assignments
- Perform duties within the parameters of the Group Internal Audit Methodology
- Any other duty assigned by the Manager, Internal Audit and SVP, Internal Audit
Job specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1 to 2 years audit experience in an accounting firm
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
