The CompanyWe have an exciting opportunity with our client, a global retail powerhouse. Our client is looking for an Internal Audit Lead to drive impactful change within the organization.
The Role
- Conduct corporate and operational audit projects in multiple countries and markets.
- Assess risks and internal controls of subject countries, markets, and businesses.
- Identify control deficiencies, gather supporting facts, and collaborate with relevant management to develop remediation plans and timelines.
- Serve as a trusted internal consultant, providing guidance on risk and internal control inquiries from business departments and management.
- Assist in maintaining fair risk management and controls throughout the organization.
- Develop a risk and control map for overseas businesses.
- Present audit reports to stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher
- 4-8 years and above work experience in internal control and internal audit
- Familiar and experienced in the operation and management of internal control and internal audit projects across domestic or international companies\' best practices.
- Able to travel overseas when required (20% of the scope)
