Job Description
Job Summary:The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for all aspects of the internal audit function and business risk evaluation. Coordinates and oversee the internal audit activities within the organization.Internal Audit Manager Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of Internal Audit plans and programs in the execution of internal audit activities.
- Coordinating and developing execution of internal auditing processes.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Supervising and conducting independent audits.
- Preparing analysis for departments and business units.
- Conducting investigations on irregularities and errors.
- Drafting recommendations on corrective measures.
- Advising executives/management.
- Bachelor's degrees in Accounting or any related course
- Passed the CPA/CIA Licensure exam is an advantage.
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
- A record of success in internal and external audits.
