We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit, Deputy General Manager or General Manager for one of our global shipping clients. The incumbent would have either CIA, QIAL or CRMA qualifications and would have at least 10 years' experience in a similar role. Responsibilities . Internal Audit - Set up annual audit plan - Conduct internal audit Prior research, fieldwork including interview and sampling etc., create audit report - Follow up on improvement plan . J-SOX Business Process Assessment - Review and update business process documents - Conduct self-assessment . Compliance - Maintain compliance related policies - Create a minutes of compliance committee - Conduct compliance training - Investigation . Team lead - Managing the team member - Managing the progress on department work - Lead the internal audit team - Communication with parent company, Management, Lawyer and other departments Requirements . Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration . Minimum 10 years' experience in internal audit . The following qualifications are preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Qualification Internal Audit Leadership (QIAL) Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) . Good at data analysis, presentation and communication skills . Supervisory, team management and project management skills .
