We are constantly looking for the best technology talent out there to build our next gen Products. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of the company's annual audit plan. Manage performance of audit assignments, and review/edit audit reports. Schedule and plan audits initiate project planning, assess risk and develop audit direction. Perform preliminary planning, establish direction for audits, provide leadership to assigned auditor(s), manage project to quality outcomes and deadlines. Perform audit work. Verify the accuracy of financial records. Coordinate and interact with internal stakeholders and external auditors. Keep abreast of the company policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing profession. Inform internal stakeholders on changes in the local laws. Train and coach junior staff in the team. Requirements: Degree in Accountancy field. 6 to 10 years' internal audit experience. Good knowledge of local accounting laws, regulations and standards. Ability to develop and implement audit plans and schedules. Ability to examine and re-engineer operations and procedures, formulate policies, and develop and implement new strategies and procedures. Ability to work effectively across various departments and levels within the organisation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong report writing skills. Ability to persuade, influence others and promote teamwork. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Has supervisory experience and able to train junior auditor. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
