Job Code: 36035-KW-C(A40)Position: Internal Audit ManagerSalary Package: RM5,500 - RM7,500Working Location: Kempas, JBCompany Background: Plywood SupplierWorking Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: 8am - 5.30pms:

• Prepare and develop a work-plan by identifying high-risk areas to be examined for the audit assignment.
• To assist in the planning and execution of internal audit engagements, including liaising with stakeholders and establishing audit programs to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify key risk areas and gaps/weaknesses in internal control and make recommendations to the respective business units for improvements.
• Prepare audit reports for Management/Board of Directors and perform follow-up procedures to monitor the completion of management action plans.
• Delivering projects from planning to closure and perform first review of team member's work.
• To assist the company to review and enhance the audit process, procedures and systems.
• Actively promote the establishment of sound policies and guidelines on internal controls, risk management and corporate governance.
• Provide support in ad-hoc tasks, investigations, and IA department improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Business or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in audit and risk management
• High level of integrity and takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Strong auditing, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Required to travel occasionally (domestically and/or internationally)
