Internal Auditor, Real Estate
Job Description
I am partnering my client, a recognizable name in the real estate industry, to hire an Internal Auditor for their team.
Please note this opportunity is 100% WFO, located near the central part of Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for performing internal audits, and ensuring that the processes are compliant to overall internal and external regulations and risk management policies. Key responsibilities include executing the overall internal audit strategy, and preparing and presenting audit report and findings. You will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the region, including Australia, in planning and executing internal audits. Occasional travel may be required for this role (estimated 10% travelling requirement).
Requirements
You have 2+ years of experience in a external and/or internal audit function. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a team player, meticulous, and analytical.
