Assess the company's risks and the efficacy of its risk management efforts. Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes. Evaluate internal control and make recommendations on how to improve. Assist to prepare audit programs in accordance with the audit plan and to ensure audit programs are properly executed. Examine, evaluate and review internal activities and ensuring compliance with established Group policies and procedures. Examine systems and procedures to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to manage critical business risk and to gauge for possible improvement measures. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Min 2 years, with strong foundation in audit and good comprehension of risks and controls Analytical mind and applies critical thinking, process analysis, business intelligence, and problem solving techniques Good business acumen: maintains expertise of the business environment, industry practices, and specific organizational factors Good written and oral communication skills, including strong report writing capabilities Possesses ability to build relationships and engage the various business functions in improving business processes Able to work independently where required, with limited supervision and demonstrate good project management capabilities to meet specified timelines. Must be able to travel overseas including emerging countries such as Pakistan, India, Indonesia when require.
