In the last 15 years, PropertyGuru has grown into a high-growth PropTech company with a robust portfolio of leading property marketplaces across its core markets; award-winning mobile apps; mortgage marketplace, PropertyGuru Finance; and a host of enterprise solutions now under PropertyGuru For Business, including a high-quality developer sales enablement platform, FastKey, DataSense, ValueNet, Awards, events and publications across Asia.Responsibilities:We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Manager who can independently manage internal communications plans, projects and initiatives targeted towards the Group\'s employees across geographies.This role is part of the Corporate Communications team under the Group Marketing Organisation. Having a regional remit, you will partner with the Head of Corporate Communications (Internal) and work closely with leaders of PropertyGuru Group to creatively tell their stories in ways that will inform, inspire and involve Gurus, our employees.You are a candidate with similar experience in corporate communications either internally or externally, and with a track record of carrying out creative and effective communication campaigns across multiple platforms for a diverse set of internal audiences.Ideally, you have experience in tech brands and employee engagement. You love communicating, have excellent writing skills, and are a creative thinker who can deliver impactful campaigns.Quick action and adaptability are in your DNA; you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and are unfazed by change.

  • Develop internal communications plans and craft required narratives, key messages for internal audiences.
  • Work with leaders to strengthen leadership outreach by managing and executing a regional internal communications always-on plan from end to end.
  • Run key internal communications events (e.g., regular all-employees townhalls, and other key events) and lead logistics planning and execution.
  • Manage a regular cadence / always-on calendar for leadership outreach.
  • Provide expert communications advice to internal stakeholders and encourage internal sharing of their key updates for varied internal communications use; suggest what information should be presented to employees, ensure consistent message framing, and brief them on their role and involvement in internal events.
  • Support the creation and management of a centre of internal communications excellence.
  • Manage and govern internal communications channels; maintain channels with updated content.
  • Manage content for and promote the use of the Group intranet and other internal communications channels such as MS Teams, office TV screens, etc.
  • Manage the production of a quarterly newsletter, which includes collecting and curating content from various teams, writing and editing content, and using internal tools and software to produce and promote the newsletter.
  • Provide internal communications support to the Group\'s Business Units and Functions as needed. \\\\
  • Brainstorm with the team and provide creative ideas to improve internal communications delivery, including suggestions on the use of new and innovative tools, platforms, channels or automated processes.
  • Craft and or edit written communications and curate engaging content with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement across multiple internal channels.
  • Assist in seeking out stories and people that demonstrate our strategy in action. Choose internal channels to share the stories so they are visible to all the right people, in all the right places. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to share relevant stories.
  • Assist in preparing materials and internal communications assets (i.e., simple graphics/visuals for our internal channels).
  • Assist in measuring internal communications effectiveness through metrics and regular reporting.
  • Support the communications team in administrative tasks such as bi-weekly meetings, preparing activity reports, maintaining the communications calendar, facilitating procurement, and invoice payments, etc.
Requirements:A highly motivated, passionate communicator with relevant experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
  • Solid experience in planning and executing Corporate Communications, Employee / Internal communications, or Public Relations that meet communications or business objectives.
  • Experience preferably in Asia or Southeast Asia.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent working experience.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Leadership in managing integrated communications projects with cross-functional working teams, catering to diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder / spokesperson / leadership management skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-house or agency experience with demonstrated ability to ideate and implement communications campaigns.
  • The successful candidate will be a results-driven and solutions-oriented individual; a person who has a can-do attitude, rises to the challenges and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in channel or platform management (e.g. Intranet and other internal channels) a plus.In this role, you will work closely with the communications team to help deliver our strategy, hence you will get a kick out of managing multiple initiatives. What we are looking for from you:
