The Company
My client is an established leader in the Consumer Goods industry, keen to hire a talent with strong internal control exposure to take on an individual contributor position.

Requirements

• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants with 6-8 years of relevant experience. Prior Big 4 exposure can be helpful.
• Internal Control exposure required (to have a good understanding of internal control framework)
• Traits: Resourceful, able to work independently, has good communication skills, able to engage stakeholders effectively to collaborate and drive implementation of initiatives, detailed and good with controls and processes
• Involvement in process improvement, system implementation and automation initiatives will be valuable

Budget
S$6,500 - S$7,500 per month + Bonus Job Scope
As an individual contributor and reporting to the Head of Finance Singapore, you will be responsible in overseeing financial and operational controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will be responsible in documenting policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessment and developing controls to mitigate potential risks. You will evaluate existing controls, identify any gaps, recommend improvements and monitor execution of action plans. You will work closely with stakeholders from different functions and process owners to review existing internal controls, update and improve SOPs, and coordinate internal audit exercise with HQ audit team. You will monitor risks on assets, implement/ recommend measures such as controls relating to inventory, cash, purchasing and vendor management, and conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities. You will also drive implementation of process improvement, system enhancement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
