Job Responsibilities:
Gather market information and perform analysis selected products and solutions
Identify new partner prospects and securing partner relationships
Continuously comb the market with partners to identify new prospective end-users to target
Work with partners and marketing to take targeted prospects through their awareness to build leads
Creation of opportunities with identified end-user prospects via partner sell-with engagements
Cover specific identified (by corporate) international key customer accounts to develop business opportunities
Move each opportunities through sales cycle towards specific sales milestone objectives via pipeline reviews with partners with view of closure
(working closely with Country-Managers and local country sales) to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
(work closely with IB pre-sales and Product Specialists Team ) propose suitable products/solutions
Lead Product Specialists Team in preparation of technical and price proposal to the opportunities
Front customers engagement (where required) together with partners and local sales teams and product specialists
Track status of opportunities and updating status in system
Achieve Order and Revenue targets for selected products and solutions

Job Requirements:
Proven sales and/or business development track record in International Defence and Public Security domain
Prior experience in sales channels, partnerships creation and relationship management
Prior experience in new account creation and account management
Prior experience in International business sales/orders forecasts and strategic planning
Proven success in a fast-paced environment, independent, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually
Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
Familiarity with the defence industry (local and/or international) is an advantage
Ability to travel overseas if required
