International Business Manager

• Gather market information and perform analysis selected products and solutions
• Identify new partner prospects and securing partner relationships
• Continuously comb the market with partners to identify new prospective end-users to target
• Work with partners and marketing to take targeted prospects through their awareness to build leads
• Creation of opportunities with identified end-user prospects via partner sell-with engagements
• Cover specific identified (by corporate) international key customer accounts to develop business opportunities
• Move each opportunities through sales cycle towards specific sales milestone objectives via pipeline reviews with partners with view of closure
• (working closely with Country-Managers and local country sales) to understand the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
• (work closely with IB pre-sales and Product Specialists Team ) propose suitable products/solutions
• Lead Product Specialists Team in preparation of technical and price proposal to the opportunities
• Front customers engagement (where required) together with partners and local sales teams and product specialists
• Track status of opportunities and updating status in system
• Achieve Order and Revenue targets for selected products and solutions

• Proven sales and/or business development track record in International Defence and Public Security domain
• Prior experience in sales channels, partnerships creation and relationship management
• Prior experience in new account creation and account management
• Prior experience in International business sales/orders forecasts and strategic planning
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment, independent, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in team environment and individually
• Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability
• Familiarity with the defence industry (local and/or international) is an advantage
• Ability to travel overseas if required
