Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Gather & check shipment information
- Receive, record, and validate customer order, taking into consideration our offer
- Define the execution plan versus the operational constraints
- Collect required documents & information
- Check availability of cargo & provide confirmation to proceed
- Optimize the operational execution and perform the transportation plan
- Record up-to-date information related to the shipment
- Produce documentation according to customer profile and instructions
- Manage communication and processing of documentation with Suppliers (internal & external)
- Create and update events in the TMS
- Monitor and improve suppliers’ performance
- Coordinate with the Customer Operations Support function, in case of deviation
- Validate that all documentation is complete and compliant to the specific requirements, and uploaded in the TMS
- Complete internal invoicing and cost posting
- Produce and dispatch external invoices and documents to customers
- Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the Supervisor/Manager
- Responsible for the most effective operational execution of our commitment
- Graduate in Customs Administration or any related course
- Working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Company is an advantage
- Proficient English
