You can expect: Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation services Comprehensive leave benefits Gender Neutral Parental Leave Flexible working arrangements 25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working Arrangement Your key responsibilities: Building, developing and maintaining relationships with internal sales (RM/IMs) and partnering with them to help clients better understand their alternatives portfolios, funds DB are capital raising and the broader alternative investment landscape Working closely with A&S to design and drive product campaigns in the firm's alternatives products Manage strategy-specific existing client engagements across private markets, working alongside sales, fund research and external managers to deliver in a timely manner Work with CIO, research and external managers to develop content on alternative investments across topics including asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management Key role in helping onboarding structuring partners to help driving scale within the business and helping to develop the client experience when investing in alternative investments Manage a range of client and product data analytics (including product performance analyses and analyzing client capital raising outcomes) Your skills and experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience at a VP level in the alternatives investment industry in a product/client facing role. Prior private markets, hedge funds, manager selection, investor relations, banking or capital markets experience is a must Strong experience and interest in markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes Individuals with industry knowledge and background from Wealth Management, Private Banking and Asset Management firms Exhibit strong communication (verbally & written), interpersonal and organizational skills when engaging internally and externally with clients Team player that is self-motivated and can demonstrate ability to position alternative investments with success with private clients Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
