Your key responsibilities

The BM business development role will entail working closely with the Global South Asia (GSA) sub Regional Head on the following topics:

Business strategy development in alignment with the Business Head

Central management of prospects across booking centers

Coordinate business opportunities across India onshore Private Bank and offshore GSA business to broaden clients touch points

End to end responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing strategic projects for the business

Business performance tracking and reporting against core KPIs

Preparation of material/ presentations for key business review meetings and other senior management meetings

Your skills and experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in a Business Management role from the banking or financial services industry with exposure to the Indian diaspora business

Individuals must have a proven record of ability to churn, review numbers and business plans. Prior experience on business strategy is a must.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Chartered Accountant or an MBA

Self-starter

Detail orientation on both strategy and execution

Professional integrity

Fluency (written and oral) in English

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
