Job Responsibilities:

The Digital and Data Transformation team within the Private Bank seek an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate with strong interests in pursuing the value of digital analytics and data transformation. * Support the data strategy for the International Private Bank (IPB) by tracking and identifying trends for client usage patterns on the IPB\'s client banking platform and selected analytics from the firm\'s CRM

  • Be responsible for the monthly production of key digital client metrics for senior management and product owners, allowing them to discern valuable information for strategic decision making, with a strong focus on graphical representation of data
  • Work with Marketing, Data Science, Technology and the Chief Data Office teams on ideation, execution and implementation of data analysis that help to derive insights, generate or protect client revenues, and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Drive efforts to improve the quality of data including involvement in remediations, technical changes and implementation of governance framework for product owners to monitor and manage data quality.
  • Maximize the inventory of insightful client metadata by ensuring all underlying information points within the client banking platform website and app are tagged and indexed appropriately by the respective product owners and tech teams
  • Assist stakeholders in managing large data sets to extract, analyze, and recommend themes for both business growth and efficiency initiatives
  • Look to continuously improve processes and insights by exploring and proposing new data tools, designs and visualization techniques
  • Act as an internal advocate of data insights and analytics to guide the business\' strategic priorities and decision making required.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: * Bachelors\' degree in data sciences, statistics or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services (preferably in retail or wealth management) dealing with data analysis and management metrics, including familiarity with basic principles and global regulations concerning data privacy and protection.
  • Strong technical experience and ability in SQL, Qliksense, Tableau and Denodo as well as common project and business communication software e.g. Microsoft Office. Application knowledge of Alteryx, Informatica and Python would be a significant plus.
  • Experience in data visualization tools analytics, statistics and building dashboards for key performance indicators and MIS, as well as experience in making data digestible by both subject matter experts and senior manager. Background in developing infographics would be a plus.
  • Good familiarity with working with large, sensitive datasets and general understanding of data management practices and approaches related to data quality.
  • Ability to support and foster strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups (business, operations, technology, etc.).
  • Highly organized, analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills and an inquisitive mind.
  • Proven self-starter, willingness and confidence to \'go the extra mile\' and offer insights and support beyond the call of duty.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrates personal and professional integrity, and solid work ethic.
  • Strong knowledge and keen passion about keeping on top of data-related industry trends and advancements.
  • Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and can execute on assignments independently and autonomously, ability to remain calm under intense pressure and fast-paced environment.
