• Involve and understand daily reliability tests and operation, thereafter participate in projects such as MCM populated strips HTOL level testing, socket panel design for HTOL and drift analysis for post reliability measurement data to improve HTOL matching accuracy, cost efficiency and effective data analysis.
• Use analytical tools like JMP and exensio and use scripts to enhance data analysis process
• Design new solutions to improve HTOL matching accuracy and cost efficiency
• Involve and work with engineers and vendors on initial design phase of HTOL MCM socket panel, testing of the prototypes at different stages to validate its functionality, troubleshooting and implementation to current HTOL process.
• Involve in daily reliability post data analysis such as failure mode correlation, drift analysis, electrical characteristics study and create scripts using existing analysis tools to automate/streamline analysis portion for improved efficiency
• Work closely with reliability team to brainstorm, design and implement new solutions for HTOL testing; improved efficiency for data analysis

Job Requirement

• Pursuing Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or etc.
