Your Job: This role is to accelerate the S&OP implementation in IISEA. The individual will develop the S&OP/IBP end state vision, identify key priorities plans, and implement the initiatives of S&OP excellence as part of IISEA Transformation. The role will provide functional guidance to country S&OP leads, enable the teams on ground with hands on coaching, and be the go to person for IISEA Country MDs for business planning resolutions. Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


  • Implement S&OP KC Gold Standard in IISEA to deliver reliable business performance (Maturity, Reliability & Bias)
  • Develop roadmap on process, organization design, technology needs for next years building off the external consulting assessment to demonstrate results in 3-6months
  • Implement/establish standards, KPIs and drive adoption across functions and ensure the successful deployment
  • Partner with owners of all in situ processes (Product Lifecycle Management, Demand Planning, Supply/Capacity Planning,nS&OE, Financial Planning, MBR) to improve quality and
meaningfulness all of data sets fed into the S&OP process
  • Establish program to build capability and lead the interaction for sharing best practices and success stories across IISEA
  • Recommend tools, develop interim & long term solutions; reapply KC best practices in the region
  • Own the implementation & governance of S&OP work stream as part of the IISEA transformation priority

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, business, science or related field
  • At least 15 yrs of experience in IBP, S&OP implementation in CPG
  • Hands on experience in Demand & Supply planning, Operating models, including system implementation with excellent understanding of E2E SC
  • Experience working in matrix organizations , managing and influencing complex stakeholder relationships, driving RACI and partnering leadership
