Job Description
:
Project Title: To Promote Active Ageing Programmes in the Community
- Recommend, organise and develop social and recreational activities and unique projects/programmes to promote active ageing within the community
- Conduct outreach efforts in the community (such as door-to-door visits and/or events) to engage the elderly
- Referral of frail/homebound seniors to Befriending Community Services/Social Service Organisations.
- Develop formal support network & mutual help group
- To develop volunteer management, support centre and improve the effectiveness of the SAC.
- May require to perform additional duties as requested
