Job description
In your new role you will:
- Render support to key automation projects throughout project phases: conceptual, benchmark, evaluate and production release implementation
- Undertake responsibilities on equipment data collection, monitoring and analysis
- Study and troubleshoot equipment performance with internal teams and external vendors
- Monitor production and identify areas of improvement
- Propose process changes and equipment performance improvements
- Benchmark, propose and subsequently apply process control automation ideas within Infineon
- Understanding of automation projects in the operation of a Smart Factory
- Understanding the next level of manufacturing to achieve Industry 4.0
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge in Process Control Automation /Advanced Process Control(APC) application may be an added advantage
- Interest in troubleshooting a process or equipment (hardware and software integration related)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit for at least 5 months
