We're looking for a CSR Program Intern to join our team. As social intrapreneurs, we focus on building skills and opportunity for 21st-century jobs right here in the community, and strengthening our Social impact innovation portfolio including IBM SkillsBuild, IBM Volunteers and ESG.In this role, you will play a pivotal part narrowing in on the top issues facing the community and delivering next-gen programming to addresses those needs at-scale, while also meeting IBM's business goals. With a firm grasp of our brand image, corporate character, and transformation you will define strategies and create opportunities which directly and positively impact and improve society.This role affords incredible exposure to the ins and outs of our business as well as a hands-on opportunity in shaping perception, instilling pride, and inspiring action. xc2xb7 Actively collaborate with internal & external partners to define program goals and objectives, key intervals, and other project success factors.
xc2xb7 Identify communication tools and strategies to champion high-end engagement to increase program awareness, participation, and evangelism.
xc2xb7 Develop a keen understanding of IBM's quickly evolving portfolio; utilize these new technologies and approaches to address major social issues.
