What the role is:As the community leadership development arm of the People\'s Association (PA), National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) aims to equip our learners with the relevant skillsets and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to the community building and citizen engagement efforts in Singapore. We are currently seeking interns to participate in the PA Structured Internship Programme with NACLI. The internship is a great opportunity for you to appreciate PA\'s mission of building and bridging communities. At the same time, you will gain industry exposure and practical skills through working on meaningful youth-related programmes which are aimed at supporting NACLI\'s capability building efforts.What you will be working on:The intern will be supporting the Youth Fellowship (YF) team in the development of 10-week Youth Leaders Collective (YLC) programme, that comprises 4 key phases. The intern will assist the team in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 To design and create a fully gamified system for learning through the use of game design and game mechanics for the YLC programme so as to sustain the interest and motivation of the participants over the 10 weeks. \xe2\x80\xa2 To design and incorporate game design elements within specific phases of the programme to support the overall gamified system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To design and develop mini games to support learning activities where needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise and work closely with vendors, internal and external partners, as guided by the supervisor, to achieve intended outcomes. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work closely with the team to brainstorm, develop ideas, participate in playtest and focus group discussions to support the development of the YLC programme.What we are looking for:
