As a Business Quality and Employee Experience Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting the product, business support, sales, digital, and data teams involved in the end-to-end process for the acquisition, onboarding, and management of various secured lending products offered to consumers. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as product knowledge, employee experience, and process improvement.How you succeedTo excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong analytical thinker, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be a creative problem-solver, with a passion for learning and growing in the financial services industry. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, will be crucial in driving results.What you doYour responsibilities will include:

  • Get to know the different secured lending products offered to consumers
  • Understand employee experience at each stage of the product life cycle from various stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to explore better alternatives to existing tasks/processes
  • Prepare change proposals complete with justifications & mitigation supported by data exploration, analysis & presentation
  • Assisting in pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation activities for change
  • Preparing communication contents, primarily for internal stakeholders
  • Any other work as assigned from time to time

  • A degree or masters in a relevant field
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to perform data analysis & storytelling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Learning ObjectivesThis role will provide you with:
  • Be exposed to the various consumer lending products available to individuals
  • Assist to engage different stakeholders within the end-to-end processes to understand employee experience
  • Gain hands-on experience in helping to manage process improvement events
