Learning Objective:

Understand DCM and Syndicated Loans as debt solutioning business activity. Understand and be able to perform financial and credit analysis. Ability to prepare pitch books and debt funding proposals.

Highly motivated, self driven and well-developed organisational skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a proficiency in using Bloomberg desirable
Good understanding of accounting concepts and ability to read financial statements and perform credit analysis
Enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment

QualificationsJob Requirements:

Assist in structuring deals and preparing termsheets (summary of terms)
Assist in reviewing legal documentation for each of the loan facilities and ensure in line with agreed termsheets
Assist in the preparation for roadshows, syndication launch, information package
Preparing underwriting proposals
Preparing pitch materials
Assist in Financial Modelling
Other ad-hoc matters
