Job Description
Learning Objective:
- Understand DCM and Syndicated Loans as debt solutioning business activity. Understand and be able to perform financial and credit analysis. Ability to prepare pitch books and debt funding proposals.
- Highly motivated, self driven and well-developed organisational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, with a proficiency in using Bloomberg desirable
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and ability to read financial statements and perform credit analysis
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
- Assist in preparation of client pitches and daily market updates
- Maintain and develop databases to track market activities and conduct analyses on market trends
- Assist in live transactions including roadshow logistics, deal launch, information package / sales memo
- Assist with underwriting proposals
- Preparing pitch materials
- Assist in Financial Modelling
- Other ad-hoc matters
