As a Transformation Office Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting the conceptualisation and curation of engaging content and engagement strategies for a regional audience. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as content creation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.How you succeedTo excel in this role, you'll need to be a strong creative thinker, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be a proactive problem-solver, with a passion for improving processes and enhancing customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, will be crucial in driving results.What you doYour responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualising and curating content that effectively communicates our work and connects with our employee communities and relevant stakeholders
  • Designing and producing creative assets such as infographics, as well as publicity collaterals like short-form videos and promotional products, to raise awareness and increase mindshare
  • Driving and executing high-touch outreach and engagement efforts, including signature events such as Transformation Day and Singapore FinTech Festival
  • Coordinating and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, as well as vendors, to deliver our communication and engagement plan
  • Analysing data collected from our touchpoints and contributing recommendations to help advance our communication and engagement goals xe2x80x93 actively shaping the development and implementation of our transformation strategy
Who you are
  • A degree or masters in a relevant field
  • Strong interest or background in business transformation, communication, marketing, new media, social sciences, or community engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with a flair for design
  • Proficient in content creation and editing software and tools
  • Strong planning and organisational skills in a highly collaborative environment
  • Intellectually curious, with a keen eye for emerging industry developments and engagement trends
  • Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative in taking on tasks and driving workstreams forward
Learning ObjectivesThis role will provide you with:
