NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.To provide basic care coordination, administrative support, data analysis and staff deployment for Home Care operations.a. Information and Referral (I & R)To manage walk-in, online and phone enquiries on NTUC Health services.b. Service CoordinationTo administer the coordination of services requested by new clients. To ensure proper documentation on the systems and paper filing are completed on a timely basis. To work closely with internal stakeholders when applicable to ensure the smooth delivery of service, i.e. Home Personal Care (HPC) service is carried out by Care Associate (CA). To assist in appointment scheduling of Home Personal Care (HPC) service.c. Administrative Support and Data AnalysisTo ensure proper documentation on the systems and paper filing is completed on a timely basis.To assist in application of Home Care service extensions and SMF Consumables.To extract, measure and monitor key performance indicators of Home Care operations.d. DeploymentTo deploy Care Associates (CA) to clients based on clients\' needs, staff competencies and operational efficiencies in order to deliver quality care and attain staff utilization. To ensure seamless operation and accuracy of Care Associate (CA) schedule in the Client Management System. To manage the resource kits and inventories required for performing Home Personal Care (HPC) service.Qualifications

• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in Google Workspace is advantageous
