Your Role

is seeking an organized, efficient, and client-focused individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern for a minimum period of 4months.

This intern will sit in Singapore and will work very closely with the HR team in providing general day to day HR support which may include talent acquisition and benefits administration. With Singapore being the regional hub for Asia Pacific Middle East (APME), this intern will get the opportunity to embark on exciting regional initiatives. This position requires you to be detail-oriented, prioritize well, and possess a positive and energetic attitude.

For service-oriented individuals, this role is a wonderful opportunity to work in a professional and fun environment with engaging and collaborative team members.

What You Will Do

  • Provide support on talent acquisition process which may include but not limited to resume/phone screenings, scheduling of interview.
  • You will be trained to use a HRIS system, Workday.
  • Provide support on benefits administration which can include annual leave reconciliation or insurance enrolment.
  • Provide support on Gensler's onboarding program "Pathway to Success" which include scheduling of orientation session and prepare all hiring paperwork for new employees.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving existing HR processes
  • Maintain electronic personnel files
  • You will also be given a project to work on and be involved with the local and regional team on various HR projects.
Your Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and possess strong time management skills
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
