As the community leadership development arm of the People\'s Association (PA), National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) aims to equip our learners with the relevant skillsets and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to community building and citizen engagement efforts in Singapore. We are currently seeking interns to participate in the PA Structured Internship Programme with NACLI. The internship is a great opportunity for you to appreciate PA\'s mission of building and bridging communities. At the same time, you will gain industry exposure and practical skills through working on meaningful Learning & Development-related projects/assignments which are aimed at supporting NACLI\'s capability building efforts. Work scope include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with module developers to conceptualise, design and develop learning tools such as interactive videos, bite-sized mobile learning packages, learning games, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and manage training programmes including liaising with other departments on training administration and logistic arrangement Learning objectives include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand how digitalisation and technology advancement impact the world of work, especially in Learning & Development sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the planning, production and delivery of digital learning contents \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply user experience design concept to produce learner-centric digital deliverables which could include gamification, immersive learning and bite-sized learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Synthesise offline and online learning modalities to create an integrated learner experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply communication skills through collaborating with others to work toward a common goal \xe2\x80\xa2 Practise time management skills through managing project demand, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage critical thinking skills through involvement in analysing and evaluating project issues and creating solutions to challenges \xe2\x80\xa2 Kindly note that the minimal commitment period is 12 weeks/3 months \xe2\x80\xa2 Background or prior experience in areas of Learning Experience Design, Media and Design, Communications and Media Management, Communication Design, Game design and development, Community Development, Media Post-Production, or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Adept in working with digital content creation/tech-enabled learning tools & platforms e.g. Articulate 360, Zoom Please submit your application via this for https://go.gov.sg/nacli-internship-application-form (To indicate link to portfolio/attach sample past works if any) Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
