Category management: Knowledge of milk and base powder categories - suppliers, price mechanism, market etc.
Report on coverage (price & volume) according to strategy and MRM policy
Identify and participate in procurement, improvement projects and initiatives to achieve cost savings for the organization.
Assist in operational and tactical sourcing activities, including negotiation with suppliers.
Liaise with production/sourcing to ensure sufficient inventory for fulfillment and proper management of resources.
Create, improve, and maintain files on suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 pricing (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly), market effects, and PPV/MVA
Manage sourcing status, and inventories - in partnership with the supply chain
Support financial reporting process (i.e. supplier pricing, rolling forecast, productivity reports, risks & and opportunities estimation, etc.)
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 and existing and prospective suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 meetings.
Provide input regarding supplier selection.

To be successful in this role, you will need\xe2\x80\xa6The following technical skills and experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Procurement, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or International Business.
Prior procurement experience is an advantage
Proficient in the core Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficient in both spoken and written English
An excellent communicator at all levels internally and externally with all stakeholders.
