Business Context
You are part of the Asia Pacific (ASPAC) Regional S&OP team with the ambition to be a collaborative business partner supporting sustainable growth by piloting an agile & lean supply chain flow powered by advanced tools. Our internship program is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives that are consistent with your career goals and current level of education.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the order management team in ASPAC upstream PO to Invoice operation process
  • Support the project on implementation of Purchase Order automation tools and shipment tracking tools.
  • Contribute to work efficiency improvement initiatives within the team and with suppliers.
  • Create, maintain and improve the PowerBI dashboards for planning and operation needs.
  • Support ad hoc analysis
  • Navigate SAP to maintain and adjust accordingly contract pricing & volumes, and be able to perform the necessary re-conciliation vs previous assumptions with updated information provided by procurement & supply chain.

To be successful in this role, you will need

The following technical skills and experience:
  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Analytics related fields of studies
  • Full-time availability for the period of January 2024 to June 2024
  • Good analytical skills, good MS Office command (especially Excel)
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction
  • PowerBI background is preferred
