Business Context
You are part of the ASPAC Regional S&OP team with the ambition to be a collaborative business partner supporting sustainable growth by piloting an agile & lean supply chain flow powered by advanced tools. Our internship program is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives that are consistent with your career goals and current level of education.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and improve the PowerBI dashboards for planning and operation needs. Involved in dashboard-related regional/global projects.
  • Support the project on the implementation of automation tools (e.g shipment tracking tools).
  • Support the upstream supply planner for the monthly Regional Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process on plan consolidation and review meetings
  • Navigate SAP to maintain and adjust accordingly contract pricing & volumes. Being able to perform the necessary re-conciliation vs previous assumptions with updated information provided by procurement & supply Chain.
  • Support upstream supply chain data analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the order management team in ASPAC upstream PO to Invoice operations

The following technical skills and experience:
\xe2\x88\x99 University degree (in progress) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Analytics related fields of studies
\xe2\x88\x99 Full-time availability
\xe2\x88\x99 Good analysis skills, good MS Office command (especially Excel)
\xe2\x88\x99 Good communication skills for effective interaction
\xe2\x88\x99 PowerBI background is preferred
