What the role is:

Corporate Communications Division (CCD) aims to amplify MCCY's messages and initiatives. This is done through active engagement of stakeholders and the strategic planning, management, and execution of integrated publicity campaigns across mass and online media.

What you will be working on:

The intern will be attached to the Corporate Communication Division. He/She will: Work with internal stakeholders to gather information for Committee of Supply (COS) announcements within MCCY and help ensure that information in media factsheets is always up to date Propose ways to present information in more layman and reader friendly formats Provide administrative support to the Strategic & Media Communications team for media briefings and other related media events Track media reports after announcements and ensure accuracy in reports COS is an important platform for government agencies as it informs the public of each Ministry's plans, strategies and initiatives for the year.

• Proficient in written and spoken English Good project management skills Keen eye for details Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task Knowledge of designing/editing skills is a plus Internship Period : Summer 2024 (full-time basis) Please indicate your period of availability in your application form.
