As a Strategy & Transformation Intern at Danone, you\'ll play a vital role in supporting the Director of Strategy, Transformation & Digital for the AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) region. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the strategic heartbeat of Danone\'s AMEA operations, from overseeing the 3-year operational plan to driving the transformation roadmap.Main Responsibilities:
- Become an Integral Part of Strategic Initiatives: You\'ll support the preparation of presentations for key project reviews, zone transformation reviews, and project steering committees. This will provide you with a first-hand understanding of Danone\'s strategic decision-making process.
- Master Project Management & Communication: Working closely with country stakeholders, you\'ll assist in managing deadlines, scheduling regular project reviews and steering committee meetings, ensuring a smooth and efficient project lifecycle.
- Champion Efficiency & Innovation: You\'ll play a key role in centralizing and optimizing presentation templates, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity within the department.What You\'ll Gain:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s program in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong interest in learning about large-scale operations is a plus.These soft skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
