What the role is:Reporting to the Deputy Director of the Strategy, Transformation and Organisation Development department, you will be responsible for the Organisation Development (OD) unit. You will recommend and facilitate sustainable OD programmes to engage and empower officers in aligning with and achieving AGC\'s strategic goals. You will also strengthen AGC\'s change management capabilities, design programmes and facilitate discussions to gather feedback, and sensemake various sources of data to develop insights.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the unit in strategic OD planning, communication with various stakeholders, understanding and using the various OD levers available, and implementing strategic programmes to meet organisational objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee efforts to gather feedback across AGC, through platforms such as the Employee Engagement and Pulse surveys, dialogue sessions and focus group discussions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Draw insights from relevant data sources and recommend suitable interventions that are tailored to the needs of specific groups within AGC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop a change management framework and guidelines to facilitate the communication, management and implementation of changes within AGC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise programmes and activities related to building culture, e.g. Kindness Day, Heritage awareness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive initiatives to improve recognition and appreciation of staff, e.g. via awards platforms and stories. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and track OD project deliverables, budget and resourcing.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 8 years\' of working experience, preferably in OD, change management, or consulting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record in OD, change management and related roles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to engage, build relationships with and influence key stakeholders, including senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task, manage priorities effectively and work under pressure and tight timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Genuinely curious about people, with a passion for improving the working culture of the organisation.
