Job Description

Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy and no-task-too-small intern with a passion for food and health/wellness to support the operations team. The team focuses on managing our inventory effectively and leveraging our operational capabilities to create competitive advantages. Through this internship, you will learn to manage the different operations functions and an opportunity to bring operations solutions to life!

The Role:

• Monitor and analyze efficiency of different operation functions.
• Identify opportunities and suggest solutions to improve the fulfilment & warehousing process.
• Review and improve the layout of warehouse to ensure effective utilization of warehousing space.
• Identify the root cause behind customers\xe2\x80\x99 complain with regards to their orders and shipment. Suggest ways to resolve the problem and prevent reoccurring of the same issue.
• Improve inventory planning process to minimize undesirable situation, e.g. stock-out.
• Review current operations process & identify area that can be automated
• Assist the team in automating the process
• Learn to ensure the smooth running of warehousing and fulfilment services.
• Monitor our product distribution channel and its business processes.
• Plan and support transportation operations. (Eg: Planning and managing day-to-day vending machines fulfilment, dispatchment date, fulfilment route and etc).
• Process and fulfil B2B & B2C orders (Check transactions, update
• Order status and stock movement effectively using Unleashed and etc)
• Do stock counts and check inventory level.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

About You:

• Degree in Operations & Supply Chain or equivalent
• Must be enthusiastic! We are a small team and need someone with a positive attitude that loves to juggle multiple projects at once
• Organized and detail oriented
• Should be a self-starter that knows how to prioritize and doesn\xe2\x80\x99t require a lot of structure or guidance
• A "no job is too small" mindset
• An approachable & positive attitude

• Excellence in your own field of study
• Passionate about snacking or food
• Excitement about working at a start-up
• Ability to commute daily to our office in the north of Singapore
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty (sometimes literally)
• Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgement
• Singaporeans / Permanent Residents only
