What you will be working on:REACH is the lead agency facilitating whole-of-government efforts to engage and connect with Singaporeans on national and social issues. You will support REACH engagement platforms such as: 1. Dialogues and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) - Assist with operations and logistics of the dialogues/ FGDs - Assist with event publicity - Design and copywrite for eDM - Draft blurbs for social media - Liaise with vendors or stakeholders - Assist with preparation of post-event reports 2. WhatsApp Interactive Chat Groups - Assist with moderating the chat groups - Assist with preparation of summary reports - Assist with preparing monthly and daily rosters - Prepare guidelines for commonly encountered scenarios 3. Social Media / Digital Marketing - Manage REACH\'s social media channels - Assist with the social media grid - Develop content for REACH\'s social media channels - Design infographics and produce short videos 4. Listening Points (surveys with citizens) - Assist in the logistics planning and execution of the LP - Assist in questionnaire writing and poster design for the LP - Perform analysis of LP survey responses - Assist in the report writing for the LP 5. Other duties as assigned.What we are looking for:Requirements - Good interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor - Good written and verbal communication - Familiar with social media platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) - Some weekdays evening and weekend required - Proficiency in photoshop an added advantage - Proficiency in a second language is an added advantage Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.
