Accountable for the stock roll out to internal and external customers.
Commitment to 100% stock accuracy by performing Bimonthly cycle count for spare parts.
Responsible for timely quotation and delivery to customers.
Look for opportunity to secure spare parts sales /new spare parts sales/build up customers relationship.
Maintain stores (e.g. Receiving , labelling, picking, packing and delivery) for all imported(s-code) spare parts.
Work with Engineering team to set up stock codes.
Perform material issue (MI) to job through ERP system for S-item codes only.
Stock monitoring and consolidate orders through putting up MR for s-code.
Perform cycle count for s-code.
Handle direct parts sales/ follow through order taking & delivery.
Maintain 5S housekeeping and workplace safety.
Maintain proper record for ISO.
Assist manager of setting up and running spare parts e commerce
Job Requirement
Possess minimum in Technical / Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Warehouse
At least 5 - 8 years of experience of Warehouse/ Parts Management
