Job Description

Working Day: Mon to Fri

Working Time: 8:30am - 6:15pm

Salary: $2800 - $3500

Location: Bedok

:

• Ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities.
• Fully in-charge of the inflow and outflow of inventory including BOM assembly and manufacturing parts.
• Timely perform stock take once monthly
• To analyse and rectify discrepancies in the stock (within 7 working day from stock take)
• Responsible for all pricing related issues, including selling price determination/analysis
• Responsible for SKU master list management. Create/update SKU data in Product Data Management software
• Key customers\' invoices
• Do GRN for goods receive (AG parts, house brands, online, other parts etc)
• Process PO from retail, export, wholesale and others
• Process export documentations for shipments
• Process export documents (PI, invoice, packing list, PCO)
• Process transit/transfer for goods movement, clearing it on a daily basis
• Record stocks movement on google sheet (Singapore/ Thailand/ Vietnam outlets)
• Submit stocks Reorder report
• Coordinate driver schedule and plan the daily route
• Online stock Ordering
• Process consignment account billing and replenishment
• Liaise with Fedex/DHL and others on delivery/cases issues or check of freight/return costs etc
• Analyse stocks situation (AG & mods) and notify assembly team to make
• To drive changes within the department and implement SOP
• Any other ad hoc duties that are assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory and admin role
• Proficient in excel and computer savvy
• Accurate data entry to ensure zero qty discrepancies for inventories
