Inventory Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage stock control and inventory accuracy for our Central Kitchen operations. You will oversee FIFO compliance, stock balance accuracy, production inventory updates, and ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily inventory operations: receiving, storage, issuance, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) Conduct regular stock counts (daily spot checks, weekly cycle counts, monthly full counts) and reconcile variances Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in the system; update stock movements promptly (goods in, production usage, wastage, transfers) Coordinate with the Central Kitchen production team on daily ingredient pull and usage tracking Monitor stock levels and reorder points; flag low stock, overstocking, or slow-moving items to procurement Track production output and finished goods inventory; ensure accurate labeling, dating, and storage Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock, system records, and production reports Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO practices across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods Maintain organized storage: proper labeling, zoning, temperature control compliance, and cleanliness Generate inventory reports: stock status, turnover rates, wastage, expiry alerts, and variance analysis Support procurement and finance teams with stock valuation, costing, and audit documentation Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and internal SOPs

Requirements



2-3 years of inventory or warehouse management experience, preferably in F&B, central kitchen, or food manufacturing Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy principles Proficient in inventory management systems/ERP; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills across production, procurement, and logistics teams Ability to lift and move stock items; comfortable working in chiller/freezer environments Food safety awareness; certification is a plus

Nice to Have



Experience with central kitchen or multi-outlet supply chain operations Familiarity with production planning and BOM (Bill of Materials) tracking Knowledge of food safety regulations and traceability requirements
