The Warehouse Executive is a hands-on role responsible for the overall management of inventory and storage operations, including receiving, inspecting, and dispatching IT hardware. The role can also involve basic testing of servers and networking equipment.
We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with IT products, ideally servers and networking equipment, or who can learn quickly to manage inventory and warehouse organisation effectively.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect and dispatch incoming IT hardware to storage areas
Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system
Check hardware condition and perform basic functional testing
Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts
Ensure storage area is clean, organised, and safe
Dismantle IT hardware following company guidelines
Support preparation of outbound orders (picking, scanning, packing)
Assist in basic hardware troubleshooting when required
Requirements
Familiarity with servers and networking hardware, or other electrical hardware
Experience in warehouse, storage supervision, or asset management is an advantage
Basic ability to test and troubleshoot IT hardware
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Physically fit to handle heavy IT hardware (up to 20 kg)
Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic internet research
Strong sense of responsibility and organisational skills
